Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to businesses that use InviteJet to send marketing campaigns through calendar invites.
• To qualify for the ROI guarantee, you must connect your Shopify store to InviteJet before sending your first campaign. Failure to do so will disqualify you from the "ROI or Your Money Back" guarantee.
• The campaign is limited to new InviteJet customers only.

2. Definition of ROI

• Return on Investment (ROI) for the purposes of this campaign is defined as a measurable increase in customer engagement, conversions, or revenue generated from the calendar invites sent through the InviteJet platform.
• ROI is calculated by analyzing data provided through your Shopify store's connection to InviteJet and includes metrics such as:
  • Increased sales or revenue attributed to calendar invite campaigns.
  • Improved conversion rates compared to previous marketing efforts.

3. Duration of Guarantee

• This offer applies to the first 30 days following your initial InviteJet campaign.
• Campaign results must be measured within this time frame in order to determine eligibility for the money-back guarantee.

4. Refund Process

• If you do not achieve positive ROI within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund of the fees paid for InviteJet services during the campaign period.
• To request a refund, you must:
  1. Provide a detailed report of your InviteJet campaigns, including key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  2. Demonstrate that the campaigns failed to generate a positive ROI.
  3. Submit your refund request within 10 days after the end of the 30-day guarantee period.
• Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of InviteJet based on a review of your campaign data.

5. Exclusions

• Refunds are limited to InviteJet service fees and do not cover any third-party costs, such as additional marketing expenses, Shopify fees, or other service fees outside of InviteJet.
• Campaigns that do not follow InviteJet's best practices, such as improperly configured events, failure to use provided tools effectively, or campaigns that violate InviteJet’s terms of service, will not be eligible for the refund.
• Any campaigns started prior to connecting your Shopify store to InviteJet will be excluded from this program.

6. Changes to the Terms

• InviteJet reserves the right to modify or terminate this campaign at any time, without prior notice, but any changes will not affect users who are already participating.

7. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.

By participating in the "ROI or Your Money Back" campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
